ABOUT ME
I am a forever student, yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and multi-disciplinary artist based in Bali & Berlin.
I teach from the base of my 10-year yoga practice, and the journey of pursuing self-inquiry & joy to the highest degree. This journey of devotion, grace, and resilience to understanding my inner landscape has completely altered my life. Self-described as a big dreamer, I’ve made it my life’s mission to travel the world as a student to learn from different lands, cultures, and people.
Along the way, and through many iterations of death, I’ve allowed my process to be synonymous with the path of a butterfly. I am embracing metamorphosis at every crux of life’s ever-changing waves. Surrendering to the many versions of who I thought I was to step into something I’ve not always necessarily known, but always felt necessary. This process is the one of alchemy.
I’ve encountered one simple truth that reminds me repeatedly of my purpose and the collective purpose we all share. To relish in the present moment and awaken to the truth & joy of our hearts reckoning, to pursue this heart-led desire with total trust and courage, and as many times as we fall, we embrace the process to rise in love, again and again, and again.
Through my travels, trials, and tribulations of life, I’ve collected pearls of wisdom; One of my many dreams is to create an online space where I can share my musings with you.
Beyond teaching yoga and bathing my students in soothing vibrations of harmonic resonance- I teach the art of alchemy. Turning pain into resilience, victimhood into self-responsibility, and ignorance into awakening consciousness. Through the process of embodiment, one step at a time, we begin with deepening intimacy with ourselves and as a reflection of our inner work, we can awaken and align to our life’s highest timeline.
I am most grateful to my teachers in Bali and India for awakening me to the path of non-dual philosophy (Advaita Vedanta & Kashmir Shaivism). I am deeply inspired by my training in embodiment from my teachers Carlos Romero and Tara Judelle. My authentic relating teacher Rick Smith has been instrumental on my path of integrating shadows, and helping me to awaken my capacity for heart-led leadership. I am 700hr RYT. Completing my 200-hour training in Vinyasa in 2016, then went on to India to complete my 300-hour advanced training in Vinyasa, and most recently with my 100 hr training in the art of embodiment.
The above-mentioned themes along with Somatic Healing Therapies, and Eastern medicine have deeply inspired my studies and my teachings.

Using a variety of instruments such as Tibetan sound bowls, crystal sound bowls, shamanic drums, and river drums, each session creates a therapeutic soundscape designed to soothe your mind, body, and spirit. My vocals, incorporating healing mantras, add an additional layer of resonance and tranquility, guiding you into deeper states of relaxation. The harmonious frequencies help to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace and balance.
