About
I’m a yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and artist dedicated to creating spaces of joy, curiosity, and healing. My work is shaped by over eleven years of yoga practice, a background in dance, and the ancestral threads of my Taiwanese and Tunisian roots. Living between Berlin and Bali, I bring these influences together to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, their breath, and the deeper wisdom that guides them.
My path has been one of constant learning, through movement, through community, and through the cycles of change that shape us all. These shifts have taught me that transformation is not something to fear, but something to honor: the art of turning challenge into growth and returning, again and again, to joy.
In my teaching, I weave yoga, sound, and embodiment practices as tools for alchemy; ways to transform pain into resilience, disconnection into presence, and self-doubt into self-trust. I believe that when we deepen intimacy with ourselves, we naturally begin to move from inner alignment, opening space for joy and connection to flow outward into our lives.
I am deeply grateful to my teachers, whose guidance continues to shape my path. Carlos Romero (embodiment) and Rick Smith (authentic relating) have supported me in integrating shadow work and stepping into heart-led leadership. My sound mentors, Michele and Nestor, have helped me connect with my authentic voice and the healing power of frequency and vibration. I also studied with AUPE (Autonomous University of Political Education), completing a course on Understanding Capitalism through a critical Marxist lens.
This work deepened my awareness of how oppressive systems are constructed, and how applying an intersectional perspective can support us in dismantling the divisive power structures that exist both within and around us. At the heart of my work, I am committed to creating inclusive and safe spaces where people from all backgrounds can feel a sense of belonging.
My journey has taken me across four continents, where I’ve immersed myself in over 1,000 hours of yoga and sound training combined. Beginning with a 200-hour Vinyasa course in 2015, I later pursued advanced studies in India (300-hour), followed by specialized training in embodiment (100-hour) and Yin (100-hour). This fall, I celebrated my 10-year teaching anniversary!
My practice continues to be shaped by somatic healing and integrative approaches that weave body, psyche, and soul. Alongside this, I study liberatory theories that affirm how embodiment is inherently political, reminding me that personal healing cannot be separated from collective freedom. I hold the belief that nobody is free until we are all free—and the practices I share are rooted in this philosophy, inviting us to imagine and build the new earth together
Principles
-
We do not think our way into wholeness — we move, feel, and listen our way there. The body is the portal.
-
Your inner wisdom knows. Every practice invites you to trust yourself more deeply than before.
-
Healing happens here and now. In the breath. In the sensation. In the silence.
-
We embrace duality — form and freedom, shadow and light, pain and pleasure. All parts belong.
-
To speak is to reclaim. We honor the voice as an important instrument of truth and transformation.
-
We transmute victimhood into self-agency — owning our healing as the highest act of love.
-
Wellness is not true if it is not shared. We are committed to dismantling systems of exclusion and creating spaces where all identities, bodies, and stories are seen, supported, and sovereign.
