A prayer carried through centuries. A call to return — from illusion to truth, from the fog of forgetting to the clarity of being, from fragmentation to the pulse of something eternal.
This mantra comes from the Brhadaranyaka Upanisad, one of the oldest sacred texts of the Indian subcontinent.
I include this mantra at the top and bottom of my site to honor the roots of yogic wisdom and to ground all offerings—whether movement, breath, or reflection—in a shared desire for deeper truth and collective healing.
